The procedure will, of course, depend on individual factors such as: the type of sticker (simple text or complex graphics), whether we have a specific pattern and color developed based on the original sticker in our database, and the availability of a sample/pattern from the customer.

 

Let's focus on this last point.

We often encounter a situation where a customer brings their motorcycle to a painter, who removes all the old stickers before starting work. The problem arises when the original stickers are unavailable at the service. While we can develop shapes and dimensions based on empty elements, reproducing shades and color gradations is much more challenging. There's also a risk that the final version of the decal may not fully match the color scheme of the original Kawasaki or Suzuki stickers (OEM).

That's why we always suggest to customers that the first step should be to contact us for replicating stickers based on damaged graphics. Only then proceed with repairing the motorcycle at the workshop and painting.

However, rest assured that this is not a dead-end situation. 🙂

Scenario 1.

I don't have old stickers.

Solution.

Send us motorcycle parts. Include a paint chip used on the motorcycle or 100 ml of the paint itself in the package.

We will create replicas of stickers as close as possible to the original. We base this on our many years of experience and knowledge of the color scheme used in Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, etc., motorcycles. Our color database is very extensive - we have fragments of old, damaged stickers. The colors of the paints on motorcycles, e.g., Yamaha, are usually repeatable in a given model year. The shade of the color in stickers for YZF R1 2008 in blue painting will be the same as in the model Yamaha R1 2007 or YZF R6 2007-2008.

Scenario 2.

Stickers on the motorcycle are damaged/scratched/incomplete.

No problem! This is the most common way we restore your motorcycles to life. Send us the element(s), and we'll take care of the rest.

You can draw a simple sticker shape yourself using our short instruction. We only need a scan or a sent outline and a color sample if possible.

 

Scenario 3.

Solution.

Ask about the product or call our specialists! We add new products to the store every day, so we might already have what you need.

However, if we need a color sample, we'll ask you to send us a fragment of the sticker or fairing, or even parts with a sticker. This way, our specialists will match the color as in the motorcycle paint shop, maintaining all the original sticker's characteristics.

Scenario 4.

I need a simple inscription or service sticker.

Solution

In this case, good quality photos along with measurements usually suffice.

If necessary, we may ask for a color sample to be sent.

Scenario 5.

Is it possible to match the sticker color based on a photo?

"...but to make it look like the original," should be added. 🙂

Solution

It is possible, but it is not our preferred method. The color varies depending on the light or the monitor it is displayed on. This approach will only work for simple colors (e.g., black) without any pearl. If you want the highest quality replica, we recommend providing a color sample. Believe us, matching a silver color based on a photo is not possible. 🙂

Scenario 6.

I'm afraid of damaging elements during transport and storage.

Solution.

Of course, we understand these concerns, but we currently observe that more and more customers choose this form.

Courier services are widely available on the market, and prices for transporting light fairings or tanks range around 30 PLN within Poland. This amount already includes shipment insurance.

Of course, the elements should be well protected, for example, with bubble wrap. It's worth filling the empty spaces in the box so that the element does not move inside the packaging.

The tank must be completely emptied of any remaining fuel.

Motorcycle parts are delivered to us in perfect condition.

We store them in safe, designated places. We use soft pads to prevent parts from being scratched or dented.

After processing, we pack them in the same box they arrived in. Stickers are placed in a separate package, and everything is securely wrapped with stretch film.

Each shipment includes our warning labels, also helpful in identifying the package in courier sorting facilities.
